Shop Eyewear — Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about frames, lenses, and your order.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Every frame has three measurements printed on the inside of the temple arm — lens width, bridge width, and temple length (in mm). Compare these to a pair you already wear comfortably, or measure your face width and match it to our size guide. If you're between sizes, go a touch wider for comfort.
Can I order prescription glasses online?
Yes. Pick your frame, choose Prescription Lenses, and enter the values from your latest eye prescription (SPH, CYL, AXIS, and ADD if you have one). You can also upload a photo of your prescription — our opticians verify every order before the lenses are cut.
What is PD and how do I measure it?
PD (pupillary distance) is the gap between the centres of your pupils in millimetres — it tells us exactly where to position the optical centre of each lens. Most adults fall between 54–74 mm. You can measure it in a mirror with a ruler or ask your optician; for progressive lenses an accurate PD matters even more.
Which lens types do you offer?
Single vision (distance or reading), bifocal, and progressive (no-line multifocal) lenses. You can add anti-glare (AR), scratch-resistant, UV-protective, blue-light, and photochromic (light-adaptive) coatings, plus thinner high-index options (1.6 / 1.67 / 1.74) for stronger powers.
Do you have blue-light / computer glasses?
Yes — a blue-light filter can be added to any frame, with or without power. They're popular with people who spend long hours on screens and want to cut glare and reduce digital eye strain.
How long will my order take?
Non-prescription frames usually ship within [1–2] business days. Prescription orders are made to your exact power, so please allow [X–X] business days at the lab plus delivery time. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as it's dispatched.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Frames in unused, original condition can be returned or exchanged within [X days] of delivery. Custom prescription lenses are made to order, so they're eligible only for a manufacturing defect or an incorrect prescription on our part. (Update this line to match your actual policy.)
Is there a warranty on my eyewear?
All eyewear carries a [X-month] warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame and lens coatings. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches from normal wear, or loss.
What comes with my glasses?
Every pair ships with a protective case and a microfibre cleaning cloth so your eyewear stays safe and smudge-free from day one.
How do I clean and care for my glasses?
Rinse with lukewarm water, add a drop of mild soap if needed, and dry with the microfibre cloth — never use tissues or your shirt, as they scratch the coating. Store them in the case when not in use, and keep them out of hot places like a car dashboard.
