1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within days from the date of purchase.
- The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
- Prescription glasses and custom-made items can only be returned if they are faulty or incorrect due to our error.

2. Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
- Contact lenses once opened or used
- Eye masks if the box has been opened
- Customized or personalized lenses and frames.

3. Exchange Policy
- Items eligible for return can also be exchanged for a different model or size of equal value.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the item is of higher value, the price difference will need to be settled before dispatching the new product.

4. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- For late or missing refunds, we suggest contacting your bank or credit card provider first before reaching out to us.

5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
