- Shipping Areas
We ship our products to all locations within India, including metro cities, towns, and remote areas. However, there may be some exceptions in extremely remote locations where delivery services are not available.
- Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- In the case of any delays in processing due to high order volume or stock issues, we will notify you via email or SMS.
- Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our primary shipping partners include:

We reserve the right to choose the shipping provider based on the delivery location and package size.
- Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1,800.
- For orders under ₹1,800, a standard shipping charge of ₹50–₹100 will be applied, depending on the delivery location.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas, which will be informed at the time of checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and location. NAINTAARA OPTICALS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details and a link to track your package. You can also check the order status in your account on our website.
- Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery of the package. NAINTAARA OPTICALS will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect shipping information.
- Delivery Attempts & Re-Delivery
- Our courier partners typically make two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package may be returned to us.
- You can request for a re-delivery or choose a new delivery address, but additional charges may apply.
- Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
- Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service and ensure that the issue is resolved either through a refund, replacement, or other appropriate action.
